Bryar Faamalepe

Bryar originally started working for our sister company, Build People, and once Gunn Talent joined forces with Build Peope it made sense to have Bryar run the Operations for both businesses. 

With a strong background of Accounts management and an interest in systems and processes, Bryar supports Jo in the day to day running of the business assiting with all of the back-end acitivities. 

With a can do attitude, nothing is a hard task for Bryar and she is a firm believer of our work hard play hard motto.

Senior Technical Recruitment Specialist

Ned is a technical recruitment specialist with a proven background across the recruitment and automotive sectors, and brings with her capabilities across a broad range of industry groups. Specialising in technical recruitment across automotive, engineering, manufacturing, industrial and electronics markets, Ned is extremely passionate about what she does – thriving on the satisfaction of matching the right candidate with the right employer.

Ned has several years recruitment, sales, marketing and finance experience, and through this time she’s developed a real interest in technical roles. Whether you need to bring in skilled staff from overseas or find that rare ‘unicorn’ in your market sector, don’t look any further than Ned – she knows her stuff and will add serious value to your business!

Sally Kilonback

Administration Support

Sally’s role at Gunn Talent is critical – she is responsible for the background checking and vetting of our candidates.

Sally has worked with Jo for over 10 years now and has added enormous value to the organisation. Sally’s commercial experience makes her exceptionally valuable in this function. Having been General Manager of high profile New Zealand businesses herself, she is able to obtain information from verbal referees that quite simply, less experienced staff would be unable to achieve.

Sally is a renowned New Zealand jazz singer who has won many accolades throughout her career. When not working for Gunn, she enjoys spending time with her family, is a regular at her favourite local cafes (decaf Flat White please!) and is a very keen and able DIY’er!
